The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and oversight to RISE Foundation. The Board is responsible for approving organizational policies, setting strategic direction, overseeing financial management, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Board members act in the best interest of the organization and uphold principles of integrity, independence, transparency, and accountability.
RISE Foundation is registered as a non-profit company under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 and is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The Foundation complies with all applicable national laws, regulations, and statutory requirements, including corporate filings, financial disclosures, and reporting obligations.
